The Human Services Council website for Jacksonville, Florida was recently featured in a The Florida Times-Union story titled City Issues: Seeing the Human Side. From the story:
Did you know that 100,000 Duval County residents lack health insurance? Or that an estimated 3,800 Duval youths between the ages of 12 to 17 are homeless? Like most of us, probably not. But these are the insights you can gain through a new Web site from the Human Services Council of Jacksonville, which consists of major public agencies and private groups that fund services for people.
