Yesterday's post, titled Google is your Storefront: How to get your local business found. (Sneak preview) talked about how many people are using the Internet to find local products and services vs. traditional methods like phone books. I knew I'd read a statistic on this somewhere and asked my friend Matthew Mamet if he knew where I might have seen it. Though it's a different source, this video from David Meerman Scott pretty much sums it up. You probably already know this, but seeing it this way hits home.
