You may have noticed the "feedback" tab added to this site, the support wiki and the account manager. This is a service called UserVoice that is like the Suggestions forum on the support wiki, but much more powerful. This service allows customers and prospects to click the feedback button on any administrative screen of EditMe and provide immediate feedback.
The tab appears on administrative screens of customer sites for administrator users only. The tab is not shown on customer sites for anonymous or Registered users. We're interested in feedback from site owners and administrators and don't want to confuse site users who may not understand what they're providing feedback for.
If you have a suggestion or wish EditMe could do something it doesn't, it's now easier than ever to let us know. When you do, UserVoice will search existing suggestions to see if your idea has already been suggested. If it has, you can vote on it. You can also browse the suggestions and vote on those you would like to see implemented. Every customer gets 10 votes to put their weight behind the suggestions they like. As suggestions are either implemented or declined, your votes are recycled for reuse on new ideas.
EditMe staff can comment on suggestions and change the status to indicate what we're working on. You'll get an email notification if EditMe staff responds to or changes the status of a suggestion you're made. The new feedback mechanism provides us with a clear indication and prioritized list of what's most important to EditMe customers.
